Terms of Service
These terms describe your use of Tecam, including camera tools, AI editing, subscriptions and creation credits. The service contact is wendingqi6666@icloud.com. Read the Privacy Policy to understand how information is processed.
The current trial is for invited internal testers. Features and model availability may change during testing. Use the store's sandbox or test payment methods for internal payment tests.
1. Using Tecam
Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a separate custom EULA applies in the App Store. These service terms do not replace that license. For Android, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive right to use the app on compatible devices, subject to these terms and the applicable Google Play rules. You must meet the age and consent requirements applicable where you live; minors must have a parent or guardian's permission and supervision.
You can use a guest account without registering an email address. Keep your account credentials and recovery code secure. Your public user number is not a password. Recovery depends on the available recovery method and verification of ownership. iOS and Android accounts and balances are separate; cross-platform account merging is not currently supported.
2. Your images and permitted use
You retain the rights you have in the images, videos and prompts you supply. You authorize Tecam and the processing providers described in the Privacy Policy to process that material to perform the features you request. Upload only material you have the right to use, including permission from people whose face or likeness you use where required.
Do not use Tecam for unlawful content, sexual exploitation of children, non-consensual intimate imagery, harmful impersonation, harassment, fraud or infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights. Do not attempt to obtain another user's account, bypass purchase verification, abuse the service or compromise its security.
3. AI results and availability
AI outputs may be inaccurate, distorted, unexpected or similar to other outputs. Review them before sharing or relying on them. AI images are not proof that a depicted event occurred, and output rights are subject to applicable law and third-party rights. No particular artistic result, uniqueness or uninterrupted service is guaranteed.
Local features process data on the device; cloud features require a network connection and send the input needed for the requested processing. Uploads may be resized or compressed for transmission. Save results you want to keep on your device; the cloud service is not permanent photo storage. 3D reconstruction is disabled in the current internal trial.
4. Subscriptions and creation credits
Apple App Store or Google Play handles purchases. The checkout screen's product, local currency, price, billing period, included credits and renewal conditions control your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the relevant store under its displayed rules. Removing the app or deleting a Tecam account does not cancel a store subscription.
Creation credits are used for eligible AI tasks at the cost shown or described for the feature. They are not money, cannot be withdrawn and are not transferable between users or platforms. Purchased credit-pack balances do not expire solely with time. Completed tasks consume credits. If a task fails without delivering a result, the applicable reserved credits are returned or released; synchronization may take time. Contact support with your user number and task time if the balance appears incorrect. A repeated verification of the same valid purchase does not entitle you to duplicate credits.
Use Restore Purchases with the original store account for eligible purchases. Refund requests for store purchases are handled under Apple or Google's procedures and applicable consumer law. Refunded or revoked purchases may result in withdrawal of the related entitlement or credits. Nothing here removes a mandatory refund or other consumer right.
5. Cancellation and account deletion
You can stop using Tecam at any time, manage subscriptions in the store and request account deletion through the app's Delete Tecam Account option where available, or by emailing wendingqi6666@icloud.com. Deletion may remove access to your guest account, balance, recovery and stored results. Save desired local files and manage your store subscription before requesting deletion. We verify ownership before processing a request; do not email passwords, full purchase tokens or recovery codes.
6. Service changes and restrictions
We may change features, fix errors or temporarily suspend processing for maintenance or security. We may restrict misuse after considering its nature and severity. Where reasonably practicable, we will explain material restrictions or changes affecting paid service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Responsibility and disputes
You are responsible for your own uploads and how you use or publish outputs. We are responsible for the service as required by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limit rights under the relevant store's terms. Contact wendingqi6666@icloud.com to resolve a concern. Applicable law and mandatory jurisdiction rules govern any unresolved dispute.
8. Updates and contact
We publish updated terms on this page with a new date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate app or website notice; additional consent will be obtained when required by law. Questions: wendingqi6666@icloud.com.

1. 使用 Tecam
iOS 应用许可另适用 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（除非 App Store 中另有自定义许可协议），本服务协议不替代该许可。安卓用户在遵守本协议及 Google Play 规则的前提下，可以在兼容设备上个人使用本 App，此许可为非独占许可。您须满足所在地适用的年龄与同意要求；未成年人须取得监护人许可并在其监督下使用。
您可以使用游客账户，无需注册邮箱。请妥善保存账户凭据和恢复码，公开用户编号不是密码。账户恢复取决于可用恢复方式及身份核验。iOS 与安卓账户及积分分别管理，当前不支持跨平台合并。
2. 您的素材及使用规则
您保留对所提供图片、视频及提示词享有的权利，并授权 Tecam 及隐私政策列明的处理服务商为完成您请求的功能处理这些素材。仅上传有权使用的内容；涉及他人面容或肖像时，请取得依法所需的授权。
不得将服务用于违法内容、儿童性剥削、未经同意的私密影像、有害冒充、骚扰、诈骗或侵犯知识产权及隐私。不得盗用账户、绕过购买验证、滥用服务或破坏系统安全。
3. AI 结果与服务可用性
AI 结果可能出现错误、变形、偏差或与其他结果相似。发布或使用前请自行审查。AI 图片不证明所描绘事件真实发生；结果权利受适用法律及第三方权利限制。服务不保证特定创作效果、唯一性或持续不中断。
本地功能在设备上处理；云端功能需要网络，并发送完成该处理所需的输入。上传时可能缩小分辨率或压缩图片。请将需要保留的结果保存到设备，云端服务不是永久相册。当前内部试运营关闭 3D 重建。
4. 订阅与创作积分
购买由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 处理。实际商品、当地货币、价格、计费周期、包含积分和续订条件以商店结算页面为准。自动续订订阅须按商店规则在相应商店取消；卸载 App 或删除 Tecam 账户不会取消商店订阅。
积分用于支持的 AI 任务，消耗标准以功能说明或页面展示为准。积分不是货币，不可提现，也不可在用户或平台间转移。通过积分包购买的余额不会仅因时间推移而过期。完成任务会消耗积分；任务失败且未交付结果时，相应预扣积分将退回或释放，同步可能需要时间。如余额有误，请向客服提供用户编号及任务时间。同一有效订单的重复验证不会重复发放积分。
符合条件的购买可使用原商店账户“恢复购买”。商店购买退款按 Apple 或 Google 流程及适用消费者保护法律处理；退款或撤销购买可能撤回相关权益或积分。本协议不排除您依法享有的退款及其他消费者权利。
5. 停止使用与删除账户
您可停止使用，在商店管理订阅，并通过 App 中可用的“删除 Tecam 账户”入口或联系 wendingqi6666@icloud.com 请求删除账户。删除可能导致游客账户、余额、恢复能力及云端结果不可访问。请先保存所需文件并管理商店订阅。处理请求前我们会核验账户归属；请勿在邮件中发送密码、完整购买令牌或恢复码。
6. 服务变更与使用限制
我们可能调整功能、修复错误，或因维护及安全原因暂时停止处理。对滥用行为可按其性质和严重程度限制使用。在合理可行时，我们会说明影响付费服务的重大限制或变更，您依法享有的权利不受影响。
7. 责任及争议
您对上传内容及结果的使用、发布负责；我们依法承担服务提供方责任。本协议不排除法律不允许排除的责任或权利，也不限制相应商店条款下的权利。如有争议，请先联系 wendingqi6666@icloud.com。未解决的争议按适用法律及强制管辖规则处理。
8. 更新与联系
协议更新会在本页注明日期。重大变更将通过适当的 App 或网站提示告知；依法需要时取得额外同意。联系：wendingqi6666@icloud.com。
